HAC testing service

HAC (Hearing Aid Compatibility) certification is a verification of whether there will be interference between digital mobile phones and nearby hearing aids during communication. The FCC in the United States has implemented a mandatory HAC certification program for mobile phone manufacturers, with reference to the ANSI C63.19 (National Standard Method for Compatibility Measurement of Wireless Communication Devices and Hearing Aids in the United States). According to the standard definition, consumers can determine the compatibility between a certain type of hearing aid and a mobile phone by evaluating the anti-interference level of the hearing aid and the corresponding level of mobile phone signal transmission.

The HAC testing plan requires the limit value of the tested mobile phone to be within M3 (test results are divided into M1~M4). In addition to HAC, T-coil (audio testing) must also require limits within the range of T3 (test results are divided into T1~T4).
